About Me

I am an Assistant Professor and Visual Metaphor Designer at Dumlupınar University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Visual Communication Design. In addition to my academic role, I also work as a freelance designer.

With nearly 20 years of experience specializing in visual metaphors, I have dedicated my career to exploring their application in design and communication. My Ph.D. thesis also focused extensively on this subject, showcasing my deep expertise in the field.

Throughout my career, I have received over 30 international and national awards for my work in logo, poster, packaging, and advertising design. My designs have been published and exhibited in over 50 countries, including prominent museums and art galleries worldwide.

Beyond these achievements, I have successfully completed five national and two international projects, including European Union-based textbook designs and national artists' book designs supported by the Turkish Ministry of Culture.
